By using AgentRank, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

AgentRank provides a platform for ranking, reviewing, and showcasing real estate agents in Australia. We offer free and paid tiers with different feature sets.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all content published through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentRank for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to harass others, or to publish content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AgentRank. By using the service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as part of your public agent profile pages.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.
