“Having rented from a couple different Real Estates in the area over the past few years, I can genuinely say Williams Real Estate has been by far the best. When I originally signed a lease with Williams, they were understanding of the circumstances and incredibly helpful in keeping me updated on my application progress, even past business hours.<br><br>Georgia, specifically, has been my property manager for the majority of the time, and has always been super responsive to emails and on the ball with anything that needs following up. She’s very approachable and there has never been a time where I’ve felt like my concerns as a tenant were bothersome or irritating. It’s incredibly refreshing to have a property manager like Georgia who is so approachable, professional, and transparent, making sure she keeps you in the loop via email on any issue that’s being actioned. The wider team have also always been lovely when I’ve had to pop into the office or call, like when I accidentally locked myself out of the house a couple weeks ago and needed to quickly borrow the agent key.<br><br>The office is also in a very convenient location within Indooroopilly, which makes the process of grabbing keys at the beginning of the lease and handing in any physical documents super easy. I particularly love that routine inspection notices are sent out with plenty of time (typically 10 days notice), and that I also receive a courtesy text a couple days prior as a reminder. I also really like that they use the Console Tenant app, where I can view to what date rent is paid up to, the length of my lease, and also have the ability to action any maintenance items straight on the app and see a record of them in one place. Williams has also, without fault, always sent out a rent receipt the day after I’ve paid rent, which ensures I know that rent has been received and paid.<br><br>Couldn’t ask for a better Real Estate than Williams or property manager than Georgia.”
