“I contacted Trish regarding a property multiple days in a row. She mentioned the seller had a building report completed and that she was going to send it to me. I phoned her the next day as I hadn’t heard. Then again on Saturday, she said they wouldn’t go under contract until Monday and that she would send the report on Monday once the seller passed it on. I followed up Tuesday after not hearing anything and she said the owner couldn’t find it and that she was too busy to get back to me. In the meantime the property went under contract which is unfair as I had said I wanted to place a offer following the building and pest report. Very poor follow through indeed and a typical agent not caring for the individual buyer.”
