“Most disappointing agent ever. Be very careful.He will tell you anything to get this over the line. The pre settlement inspection was a disaster as Steward refused to attend to our complaint of hole in the wall and missing fixtures and fitting (missing lampshade and attached mirror to bathroom). After 30 min he ordered us of the property as the cleaner complaint about our footsteps on the mopped floor. His attitude was, take the vendor to court after settlement. He was extremely rude to us and needs anger management. In my view, not fit to look after both parties on the contract.”

“My family was keen to buy a property listed by Stuart Reeder located in Bundall. The property was listed on REA for Auction from 25th Aug 2022. I contacted Stuart on the 3rd day the property was listed and my family went for an open inspection. During these contacts, Stuart advised this property is going for auction on Wednesday 21st Sep. We clear expressed to Stuart that we would like to go to the Auction, but if this property starts receiving offers before Auction, please let us know and we are happy to make an offer too.<br><br>I waited for the auction day, and I contacted Stuart on 20th Sep, which is the day before auction. Stuart told me the auction was postponed, due to the insurance work happening, and Auction will be re-arranged after the insurance work done, and instructed me wait for further advice.<br><br>However, the third Day on the 22nd Sep, I noticed this property was marked as SOLD at $1,100,000 on the 20th September on the internet. I was shocked to see this. First, the online valuation for this property was $1,810,000. Second, I have literately just been advised to wait for advice for the postponed auction.<br>After all these happened, I talked to the owner, they were shocked and upset as well because they totally didn’t know there were someone else interested at this property.”
