“We had the same bizarre experience another person had on here!<br><br>Simone had put an email through yesterday for a bond clean. Sadly the email was missed due to going straight into our junk box.<br><br>Today one of our manager received an abusive phone call. Screaming down the phone how she wanted a bond clean NOW! How no one had contacted her back from her email yesterday and how we was not answering calls. Today has been extremely busy due to the recent rain and floods. Our phones have been non stop. Which our manager did apologise for.<br><br>She wanted to know information on the cleaners who would attend. We obviously don’t give out our trades information. She wanted to wait on the phone till this information was provided without even booking the clean….? The manager explained the phones had gone to her and she was not in the office (she was onsite) and this was not good enough. There was a baby in the background which made a noise and Simone then went on to berate the manager about the noise and what kind of cleaners is she hiring with that screaming noise in the background!!<br><br>She also said we had bad reviews, “she had seen our review and they was not good and the customer service is just as bad. Our reviews are better than hers, so not quite sure what she was on about. Also why would you hire a company you think has “bad reviews”.<br><br>Honestly quite alarming that a licensed professional is going around and abusing other businesses and people!<br><br>The manager honestly thought we was being “Punked”.<br><br>Needless to say, the manager responded that we would not like to take on her business and asked her not to contact us again!”
