I waited on hold for over 40 minutes trying to enquire about a property, was hung up on twice without anyone answering, and when staff saw I was still on hold, I was placed back on hold repeatedly. Completely unprofessional.<br><br>On top of that, properties I’ve previously enquired about — and was told the owners had changed their minds about selling — are still being promoted as “hot property.” This is misleading and confusing for genuine buyers.<br><br>If the properties aren’t actually for sale, they should be removed, not advertised. Very disappointed with both the service and transparency.”

They are unresponsive, show little concern for the owner’s interests, and fail to provide updates on issues. We’ve lost thousands within just four months of management. The tenants they recommended were unable to pay the first month’s rent. How was the screening process handled? Was everything properly checked before the application was sent to us for review?
