Pearls always respects my expectations and never attempt to push it down even when the market reaction to my property isn’t that strong due to a neighbor urgently sold his property significantly lower than the market prices. It was a huge effort that Pearls eventually sold my property spot on my expectation!<br>2. Pearls is always contactable no matter if it’s 9pm at night or in the middle of a weekend, her working ethic is remarkable.<br>3. The buyer urgently brought the settlement forward and only gave us 2 business days notice.
