“This guy is a thief... Point blank. The terms of the rental application stated that we would receive a refund of the application fee if denied for any reason. We were denied, due to 1 of the 5 (the other 4 have 700+) of us applying having bad credit. No eviction or criminal history, just a bad credit history due to payment history, tickets, etc. Paul said he would pay back the money, but then stopped responding. This is a terrible act of bad faith, as he agreed to pay us back our application fee and also has terms in the application contract that they would refund the fee if denied. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”
