“Upon first call, pleasant, willing to help. Upon second call for follow up on a home for rent Mr Jackson claimed belonged to his wife, apparently the renters are still holding over, which is fine.. it happens. But when inquiring about another home in the same area, he wanted to argue me down stating the home was never for rent. Im using an app( homesnap) that shows homes for sale and for rent, how could I see and inquire ( by sending a message 8/3, didn’t get a response until 8/7) on a home that was never for rent. That makes no sense, but since Mr Jackson doesn’t like being wrong(most people don’t, but it happens) he chose to be rude by hanging up the phone. Very coward like. Thank goodness I’m not renting nor buying (since that’s what he specializes in 🙄😂 ) a home from this Mr Jackson. I hope you find better customer service skills as your business grows.”
