“Thought we were being supported through the process but soon figured out that they are there for the seller not the buyer, made promises to get us to agree to settlement even though things were not completed at handover and they knew we couldn't enforce anything after this date, as expected haven’t heard from them since. Naomi personally stated she would have her partner come fix something that the owner was meant to do with the guttering but of cause there has been no contact, promised a delivery was coming as a thank you for buying through them but nothing arrived. (Over a mth since handover) House was handed over extremely dirty and had lots of issues that they breezed over when we raised our concerns, these have since cost us a lot of money since handover. Definitely disappointed but learned a valuable lesson for when we buy our next house. DONT TRUST REAL ESTATES.”
