He always had the best chats and such a big heart. Throughout the entirety of our lease, we felt continuous kindness and assistance from all of Mosaic's employee's. If we ever had any issues, such as maintenance of the apartment, we felt that they were promptly resolved. Another example is when we forgot to pick up our Friendsmas costumes from concierge on Friday, the team still organised an employee to open concierge on Saturday so we could collect our package.<br><br>Additionally, during the entirety of our lease, we felt continual support from our property manager, Tonia. There was absolutely nothing which Tonia could not help us with. For example, during the sale of our property, we felt like Tonia was a constant crutch we could rely on to guide us. She always looked out for what was best for us, and for everyone else in that building. She protected us from odd situations and was always efficient at resolving any issues that we had. Tonia has an incredible depth of knowledge and is amazing at her job, we were so lucky that she was our property manager.<br><br>I couldn't recommend the Mosaic team any more, we left Bela feeling so loved and supported with plenty of beautiful memories.
