“My experience started with Marino about 12 months ago. When we first started talking about selling the property, I felt completely comfortable with Marino and he was more like a friend and it made the experience so much easier. So initially, I just wanted to get an idea of how much the property was worth. At the time, I told Marino I was not ready to sell just then.
