“If you want to live the true realestate nightmare, this is the company to go with! Signed a contract subject to sale & finance on a property in Alexandra hills two days ago, and they go ahead and sold it under us even though one of our conditions - the big one ( subject to sale) was met. Speaking with other agencies, they all agreed that a new contract should've been sent out the moment our home was sold without the sunset clause. Got a call Tuesday telling us to go unconditional if we really want it OR terminate because they have another offer on the house & they are more favourable. There was no assistance to help us secure the house, just backed us against a corner forcing us to either a) make the worst, risky financial decision & go unconditional OR leave. Not to mention, we paid $500 for building & pest on the property on the day they sold it on us, which we are seeking legal advice for them to reimburse us as they only gave us 2 days before forcing us to exit. The house also had a 2.5 m crack through the brick work, & asbestos among other things on the building & pest report and this Luke chap tells us to go unconditional.. LOL. Please seek some training in how to deal with clients & their major life purchases in a professional, respectful manner. A total joke of a company with an even bigger clown as the "boss" < and I say that very lightly. May the force be with you if you choose to deal with this person.<br><br>Response to Luke 1/8/22<br>No, what you're missing here mate is that a NEW contract should've been sent out the moment I had made your staff aware that our house went under contract. Unsure if I'm speaking a different language or if you need it in simplistic form.<br>As I said, I have spoken to at-least 5 agents who all use the sunset clause - all agreed that the moment ours went on contract, a new contract should've been sent on the home in Vienna Road, without the subject to sale clause. Instead, you saw $$ decided to sell it on us. Unfair & hands ”
