“What a joke.' Lovely 3 bed 2 bath home ' needed full renovation it was a wreck. No bathroom just 1 small very old worn ensuite and a room where bath and shower had been removed,rotten floor boards etc etc. House at least 25 years old and looked like had never had repairs in all that time ! 100,000 at least would be needed just to make it liveable !!! That's what this realestate calls a lovely 3 bed 2 bath home !!!”
