“John estimated he would be able to sell our house within a week and he sold it in 1 day on a Wednesday.<br>We moved to a new state for work and decided to sell our home and worked with John to accomplish that. The house was empty but slightly dirty from the movers so we made the decision to have it professionally cleaned. Due to scheduling and timing the cleaners were scheduled to clean the morning of the first open house. The cleaners did an excellent job but apparently they contract out their carpet steaming and the company they normal contract that out to was not able to make it. John took up the reigns and coordinated getting a different company in to finish up the cleaning that day! I am still not sure how he managed it. After all of this he managed to sell our house that night for 10k over list! Due to us having moved, he offered to coordinate closing remotely so we did not have to drive back to indiana. The title company that he used was very professional and we were able to close at our own kitchen table in our new house from a new state in less than 30 min. John was professional, available and courteous - the level of service you always hope for but almost never receive. Absolutely top notch.”
