“When my Buyers Agent attended an open house the Mr Wyvill was discourteous and dismissive towards my Agent. He also did not respond to a voice message from me a few days before the open house, with the result that a contract was taken by the seller without the seller being aware of a cash buyer prepared to offer an unconditional contract. When queried by me Mr WyvilI was dismissive of my concerns whilst adopting a superior tone. To say this was appalling customer service would be an understatement as well as not being in the best interests of the seller. Not the sort of person I would want selling any of my properties. I note a response from Mr Wyville, in which he has not addressed the way he treated my Buyers Agent. Also he has kindly offered to supply screenshots of our messages which I am more than happy for him to do so that the facts of the 'rudeness ' he says he was subject to are open. At no time was any abusive language used, I merely directly pointed out that he had acted in an unprofessional manner and disregarded one of the basic tenets of customer service. I believe what will come across is his own arrogance and condescending tone, which he also displayed clearly to my Buyers Agent. He also has incorrectly stated that he informed my Agent that he was about to sign off on an offer, whereas my Agent has clearly advised that Mr Wyvill said the seller had received an offer but was waiting to see what else presented, which is contradictory to what Mr Wyvill has stated in response.”
“I was the agent consulted to view property yesterday on behalf of Michael . My wife and daughter were also present . We have been viewing prospective open houses for a while both for ourselves and on behalf of Michael . I’m Afraid to say the agent couldn’t have seemed more uninterested to assist and offer information . All his responses were either one word answers or very short without expanding or offering further information . He did advise us that the owner had received a verbal offer but nothing had been signed off and was waiting for feedback from the open house we were at . When I explained that Michael was based overseas and it was the he middle of the night - the agents response was quiet abrupt and just said he’ll need to move quickly . Perhaps if the agent had taken sometime to listen to our obstacle it definitely would have been to owners favour as Michael was very keen to make an offer but needed my feedback . The agent could have perhaps asked me What the earliest time I could contact Michael and could have at the very least worked with me And Michael to try and get an offer to the owner before they accepted the offer she was considering Michael is 100 percent right the agent needs to work on their Customer Service and remember who they are working for - the owner of the property !”
