“Applied minutes after property was listed, advised we would be first to inspect property and receive a contract asap. Advised our lease was almost due for renewal at current property and needed an answer when possible on an inspection. Didn’t hear back for a week and had to call to then find out we were not contacted for an inspection/open house. Invited to the inspection with less than a days notice, as business owners we could not rearrange clients in such short notice. Alfred advised he would get video for us. That took several days and pestering to receive. After that, asked for us to re apply and send identity documents. Have not heard from them since. Very vague with what is happening, not sure if we are short listed or not?? Called the office and asked for a call back, nothing. Now this real estate has our personal statements and identification documents. Avoid at all costs. For reference: We have a pristine rental history and are a married couple owning several businesses. To be treated this way is appalling and feels discriminatory.”
