“Took my son for sick visit. First thing she asked my son “what can I do for you?” He’s 7 years old. He is sick that’s why we are here. I thought what an odd question to ask a child. Seemed rushed which I can understand how overworked the pediatrician are, visits are double booked and they probably don’t get a break. Dr. Chen is not empathetic and just treated my son as another child visit to meet her quota.”
