“If you realistic about selling your property don't sign up with these scum bags if you do you're done. They will sell your property under value, put pressure on you to sign the contract once a buyer is found. These ferals are rip off merchants only worrying about their commissions. They say we'll give you $2000.00 rebate upon the sale of the property. It's a gimmick, what they do is they charge 2.75% commission plus GST, giving $2000.00 and taking it back from charging 2.75% plus GST. All the other agents charge 2.7% including their commission. I hope Eddy's reality to go bust sooner than later.”
