“I wish 0 star reviews were possible, but unfortunately I have to give an undeserving 1 star.<br>Where do I even begin???<br><br>We are happy this experience is over (which has been the only positive in the past 6 months) and I’d just like to say as someone who works in customer service - I am unimpressed and don't understand the positive reviews. This has been a poor experience for my parents and I regret ever advising them to trust Clare with their property. I have read all the messages back and forth and there are so many factors where Clare fell short and did not perform in.<br><br>For instance - having my parents as clients for 6 months and not even addressing my mother by her name, continually calling her Susannah even after being told “that’s not my name.” I believe knowing your clients name should be an absolute minimum, but I guess she either doesn’t care or she is just rude.<br><br>Once being informed that they did not want to re-sign to continue their sale with Clare May the experience worsened. But let me be clear when the experience was never good to begin with.<br><br>Clare makes a big show of saying there is a WhatsApp group where you will be notified at every single stage to ensure there is clarity on each process - what a lie. They were asked repeatedly when staging would be getting removed, with no one answering this question for days. In the end, my mum was sitting at the front of the property when Clare had arrived, messaging to ask about the furniture as she saw the truck arrive and staff, and Clare was still at the property when my mum was messaging you. She was there before Clare even arrived. The moment my mum messaged you saying she was leaving McDonalds to come to the house (when mum was already there, she just wanted to see if anyone would give her any clarity into what was going on) she watched Clare 5 minutes later get in her car and leave. But even so if Clare didn't get a chance to check her phone (which I don't agree with) there was st”
