“Upon move out due to covid financial issues Cindy told me move out first of month and all would be ok. She told me I would get my deposit back with I. 2 days of keys and inspection. Then all of a sudden she tells me PM had changed and she can’t give my deposit back accusing me of taking a 3.00 curtain rod! I am still in contract with Star river and no deposit back!!!! She is trying to save her own A** and putting fault on me. Totally going against every agreement she made with me. I will take this to court if need be. best advise NEVER deal with Starriver (.) period!!!!”
