When I raised this, the agent (Cheena) falsely claimed she had already replied — which is simply untrue and easily provable. Instead of apologizing for the dishonesty, the agency doubled down and deflected responsibility.<br><br>As a serious cash buyer, I was ready to make an offer, but due to the agent’s conduct and lack of professionalism, I walked away.
