“When my wife met Anne Harris, she had a lot to say about honesty and integrity in an industry that can lack both. Unfortunately she proved herself to have neither of these qualities throughout my dealings with her.<br>Anne Harris did nothing to help with the sale of our house and, in fact, went out of her way to be obstructive and slow down the process, making an already difficult time in our lives even more stressful.<br><br>The bottom line was when we requested Ann to terminate the 90 day exclusive agency contract, she flat out refused to do so. During the time between the signing of the contract and the request to terminate, Anne Harris had no involvement in the preparation for the sale of our house which made her refusal to terminate the contract quite incomprehensible.<br><br>Her tactics then included refusing to answer our calls, issuing a letter through a solicitor indicating if we sold our house during the period of her contract we would be liable to pay money to Anne Harris, contacting other agents we had spoken to and telling them not to have any involvement with the sale of our house and sending unprofessional and bewildering text messages.<br><br>When we attempted to contact Anne further and failed, we searched the business address on Google and when we arrived found that the address is actually a Law Firm and there is no office being rented to Anne Harris.<br><br>Overall, a hideous experience that we can still not understand or comprehend. Specifically with regards to why Anne Harris would go out of her way to hinder a family with 2 young children from selling their own house and how that decision would benefit the reputation of a newly forming real estate agent.”
