“Do not see this doctor. I do not recommend that you see any doctor in this group. Adrian Nguyen cares more about his money than his patients. He spends most of the appointment referring you to specialists in his group because he benefits, not because that's the best recommendation for you. Also, watch for excessive, overcharged insurance billing, especially when it comes to lab work orders. He will send you down the hall to have blood work done in the Baylor Scott & White building that he works in. When you're not wanting to return to his office, his staff will begin to call you and tell you that it's time to schedule your next appointment.<br><br>When you arrive for an appointment, it is filled with impersonal interactions from the staff from the time you enter for check-in, after you've waited 20 minutes in line to see a receptionist. And note that this wait time counts as a penalty against your appointment time, if the doctor decides to see you once they call and ask if he can see you being that it's 20 minutes after your appointment time.<br><br>I chose a different doctor in a different office and was able to get in quickly with ease, and the staff and doctor are wonderful, caring and are patient-focused, not financially focused on the money making business of medicine. I tried to express these concerns to Nguyen's office, but received no response. Hopefully this review will help when trying to choose a good doctor.”

“I was shocked to see only one review of Dr. Nguyen and this person gave him a 1, so I am compelled tell everyone about Dr. Nguyen from someone who has been going to him for many, many years. Dr. Nguyen is one of the nicest doctors I have ever known. His office is efficiently run and even lab tests are just one floor away. You can schedule an appointment online or call in. I do not know a better doctor than Dr Nguyen, one who is both very competent and really cares about his patients. He spends a great deal of time with me and explains everything. He is the best.”
